Gina Davis has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit, government, corporate, and academic environments where she has created, secured funding for, and led innovative workforce, economic, and community development initiatives that address both human and industry needs and that elevate the voices of diverse stakeholders, including traditionally marginalized communities of people. Gina is most passionate about her work in talent development where she has deep expertise designing, reforming, and managing inclusive workforce initiatives that align community and industry stakeholders, assets, and opportunities. She has secured over $70 million from philanthropic and public funding sources to support this ongoing, equity-centered work.
